As a family affected by one of the hardest economic times, we had to make the decision to leave everything behind and begin from zero which meant uprooting our kids and moving to a completely different place and culture. We arrive in Texas one year ago facing many challenges and finding a home was the first one. Our first experience with a realtor was not a good one leaving us almost homeless when by chance we met Susan. What a completely different experience! She was with us every single day showing us many houses till we found a suitable one at least until the end of the year when we could have more time to look at another one. one.
So impressed I was with her commitment and professionalism, that at the end of the year I call her again and...she remembered us! Again, we began the process of looking at houses, and not one single time she has ever told me she was too busy, OR it was to early, OR "No, I cannot make it today, it is a holiday",(by her own words: "I am on call 24/7, this is my job"). Truly, there is no excuse for Susan Thayer that will keep her from providing an excellent service to ANYONE.
I only wish every home owner knows this, so they could enlist her service. We have to deal with the other realtors who have the listings but no one provides the care and service she does. They are missing the opportunity of their property being handled by a real professional.
